Swim Workout – The pool felt good today after a slow start. Yesterday’s bike ride left me a little stiff and drowsy.
Emotional – Coming out of my funk somewhat today and am powering through the day so far.
Planning – Need to put together a structured plan for the races I have ahead and customize it to get the best out of each by month.
