Positive Energy Shifting

I imagine we all felt a drain of positive energy over 2020 which was unavoidable considering the circumstances. I heard a quote today though, that has me wondering if the amount negative energy I experienced was as truly as unavoidable as I’d thought. The quote by Albert Einstein left me wondering if it was more my shift towards negative energy than a lack of available positive energy. The phrase I overheard was:

“Energy does not go away, it just changes”.

There is some debate about whether Einstein was actually responsible for the quote…. but my research suggests that he may have alluded to the idea but is not actually responsible. He did say something similar however, which may have the same effect:

“Everything is energy and that’s all there is to it.
Match the frequency of the reality you want and you cannot help but get that reality”.

“It can be no other way, this is not a philosophy.
this is physics.” – Albert Einstein

So, if energy does not go away, then how can we shift energy from negative towards a more positive level? What is the frequency shift that produces a positive reality as Einstein expressed it?

One of the most powerful ways to really start shift changes in our energy, and have the resulting reality experience, is to decide to start making different decisions.

As Albert Einstein might have said it :
It can be no other way, plain and simple…..The decisions you make create your reality …..be they positive or negative.

Ask yourself what decisions had you made during 2020 that left you feeling negative and perpetuated all that negativity in your life? What political, behavioral, spiritual or health related beliefs do you hold that are making you do things you don’t really want to do, things that you know on a deeper level, aren’t right or necessary?

Once you decided to make different decisions, you will find yourself making an energy shift towards a positive reality. Be your own healer…. shift your energy and create a healthy more positive reality.

  • Watch Feel Good Movies
  • Draw on or create positive energy
